Aleah Young
Public Science Intern
As the Public Science Intern, Aleah assists with various tasks in the organization, primarily helping with administrative work and customer service, though she hopes to be exposed to in some capacity to all of the goings on at CSI. After deciding to take a gap year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Aleah was looking for opportunities to get some real experience before transferring to another school to finish out her bachelor’s degree. She feels that working at CSI will be a good opportunity to get that experience while also contributing to something important.
Aleah grew up in Ithaca, and enjoys hiking on the local trails, gardening, reading books about her various interests, and working on her projects.
