At CSI, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are foundational to who we are and how we work.
This DEI Statement was collaboratively developed by CSI staff in spring 2025, reflecting shared values, lived experiences, and organizational commitments. It was formally reviewed and approved by the CSI Board of Directors in May 2025 and serves as a guiding framework for our programs, partnerships, and internal culture.
